The Financial Reports
All of the data entered into the Federal Financial System appears on the FWS Financial Reports somewhere. There are a variety of different reports available. Clicking on the "Listing" button on the left will take you to a table that lists many of the reports that exist. For the most common reports, we have provided additional information that describes how that report is used, what the different fields mean, etc.
The "Errors" button is for when you spot errors on your reports and want to know how to correct them. This doesn't take you step-by-step on how to make the correction in the system, but it does describe who can make the correction and what forms you should be using.
The "Reading" section is our reports guide. You can go here to learn how to read undelivered orders, modifications, and expenditures on your reports. We take you through the various tables that are impacted when an action is entered into FFS.
If you don't know what all of these different terms mean that are on the tables, please check out the glossary.
If you need to see what a particular code means on one of the reports, please check out the appropriate code listing under "Important Codes".
