What’s the difference between a law, a statute, and a regulation? What
are executive orders, the Federal Register, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the U.S. Code? Using discussion and examples, this one-day session can help those with little or no knowledge of the law. Basic concepts are explained, case law is examined, and participants learn how to read and understand laws and regulations. Using the Internet, course participants also access legal resources to find laws, regulations, and current court cases.
