Last Day to Cancel w/o Penalty: April 8, 2008 - Cancellation Policy: All course applicants, including Service personnel, who cancel their reservations four (4) weeks or less prior to start of a course and do not have a substitution, are charged in full for tuition.

Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your attendance, you must go into your DOI LEARN account and request that your registration be dropped. Login to DOI LEARN, at https://doilearn.doi.gov, click on the My Courses tab, select the link to the correct type of training and click the 'Request to Drop' link across from the Course/class name. To avoid late cancellation penalties, you must cancel on or before the date above.

**  A laptop computer is optional. However, you may find access to a word processing program useful during the classroom time allotted to work on drafting the business plan.

** The schedule for Wednesday afternoon includes a field trip to the Tualatin River Refuge and Visitor Center in Sherwood, Oregon. Please wear or bring appropriate attire / foot wear for walking outdoors and current weather conditions.
