The NCTC Image Library serves the specialized visual information resource and research needs of staff in the Division of Knowledge Resources and Technologies, other NCTC staff members, course leaders, instructors, students, Fish and Wildlife Service employees throughout the country, and private sector organizations. 

Its mission includes serving as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's primary repository of still images, videotape productions and raw footage for use in theatrical productions, training materials, briefing presentations, and audio-visual products like exhibits, brochures, newsletters, and technical reports.
