In short - YES. If a charge has been incorrectly posted, you are responsible for making sure it is posted correctly. As an added incentive, if it's individually billed and you don't get it corrected, you are personally liable for reimbursing Bank of America for those charges.

Contact your AOPC who will work with you to correct the charge.

How much time do I have to request that charges be transferred from individually billed to centrally billed?

It must be done within 90 days of the date the transaction was posted into EAGLS. If the 90 days have passed, the AOPC cannot correct the problem in EAGLS and must submit the request to Bank of America which will result in delays. In the meantime, your account may become delinquent as a result.
