Applications & Registration

As of December 12th, US Fish and Wildlife and other DOI employees MUST login in to DOI LEARN to apply for NCTC training.

FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE PERSONNEL & Department of Interior (DOI) personnel must now log in to DOI LEARN to self register for NCTC classes. Use the initial login instructions if you haven't already used DOI LEARN to register.

**Non-DOI applicants please Search the Catalog as a guest. You will have the opportunity to submit your application via the guest registration of DOI LEARN

**Printable Application Form - for use by Non-DOI applicants whose browser settings will not permit them to use DOI LEARN. Please print, complete and mail or fax in order to register.

Prior to using DOI LEARN we strongly recommend that you take a moment to adjust your browser settings to avoid potential technical difficulties. Please refer to the pdf document, IEBrowser_Settings, prior to registering using DOI LEARN.

If you are a contractor working for the Department of Interior you should view the catalog and apply for training as a guest the first time you require training. After that, your account will have been established and you will be required to log in directly to register for any DOI training. (Please note your contractor status on your initial application.)

Application Information:

Please note: All Non-Fish and Wildlife applicants will be required to provide billing information as part of the application process. Registration will not move forward until this requirement is met.

Please complete a separate application for each course and each person. The application must be sent directly to the National Conservation Training Center.

Cancellations:

• Notify NCTC of cancellations as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a course. The NCTC Registrar will accept cancellations up to 2 weeks before the course. After that date, applicants will be billed for the course whether or not they attend.

• Student substitutions may be made any time before the start of the course, except on courses requiring advance assessment or evaluation.
