To avoid late cancellation penalties, you must cancel on or before the date specified.
|Cancellation Policy: All course applicants, including FWS personnel, who cancel their reservation 4 weeks or less, prior to the start of a class and fail to provide a substitute, are charged in full for tuition, NCTC guest room and meal costs.
Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your attendance, you must go into your DOI LEARN account and request that your registration be dropped. Login to DOI LEARN, at http://www.doi.gov/doilearn, click on the 'My Home' tab, select 'My Elective Learning' from the right column, click on the button next to the class name and click the 'Drop Course' button.

|Special Items to Bring:||We will be doing light hiking and outdoor activities. If you have any physical limitation, please let us know. Please dress to be outdoors – clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and comfortable outdoor shoes. Items you may want to bring: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, light colored clothing (to see ticks), comfortable sneakers/hiking boots for trails, and a water bottle.|

If you do not confirm your room by this date, the room may be released back into the general pool and may no longer be available for you.
Confirmation Instructions - A lodging room has been tentatively blocked for you for only the check-in and check-out dates identified above. You must confirm your room, by calling NCTC Hotel Reservations, 877.706.6282, by the date identified at the left. Please identify any special requests at the time of your confirmation. If you will not be staying on campus, you must send an e-mail to NCTC_Registrar@fws.gov and cancel your room.
If you find you will not be able to attend your class, you must call NCTC Hotel Reservations and cancel your room.
Shuttle Reservations - All persons planning to use the NCTC shuttle to and from Dulles International Airport must call NCTC Hotel Reservations. You must also call them if you need to cancel your reservation. Go to the Shuttle Information page for additional details.
