Analyzing Your Staffing Requirements
Registering for this Course
For DOI Employees:
To ensure you get credit for the class you must register for it in NCTC's Learning Management System DOI Learn. Follow the steps listed below to register for the course and launch it.

- Click on "DOI Employee Login"
- Log-in to the system using your user name and password
- In the Search box, type in "Analyzing Your Staffing Requirements" and click "Go" or Click on 'Advanced Search', type in LED6W20, select 'Course Code' and click on '"Go"
- Click on "Details"
- Click on "Enroll"
- Click on course title to launch course
- Take the course and the tests
- After you have taken the course, go back in and take the survey.
For Non-DOI Employees:
To register for this course you should follow the directions listed below if you don't have a user ID. If you do have a DOI Learn user ID, follow the directions above:

- The process for account request and course registration are as follows:
Users need to have an account in our learning management system to register for training. If, after viewing the Public Catalog, you are interested in a course, click the "Request a New Account" at the bottom of the login area. On the Account Request form, the "Reason For Your Request" should include the name of the course you are interested in completing.
Also, contractors and volunteers who work for DOI, should use this process to request an account to take required training. We will review your information to be sure a previous account does not exist in our system. Be sure to indicate if you have ever been affiliated with any bureau or office in DOI. It's important to tell us if you ever have been a contractor, volunteer or an employee of DOI.
